Welcome to my depressing blog, Anxiety in London.

Back in 2015, I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Clearly, my GP was in a very giving mood.

Two years later, I have cognitive behavioral therapy under my belt and a repeat prescription to an anti-depressant I can never pronounce. Joy.

As of September 2017, I’ll be going back to therapy to try my luck at sticking two fingers up at this mental health malarkey.

Anxiety in London is a celebration of all of us who struggle daily with mental health but who, through a strength like no other, make it out of bed every morning.

Follow a very honest account of what it’s like living with The Big D.

Moderate swearing expected so, to save getting shut down, this blog comes with a P.G. rating.
